Our Story
Carolina Home Access started when Jon was helping his mom move to Charlotte. She’s independent, but there weren’t many homes ready for the way she’d need to live as she ages. That’s when he saw the gap. Almost no one specializes in helping people stay in the home they love for the long haul.
The more people he met coming home from the hospital or a nursing facility to a house that wasn’t safe to return to, the clearer it got. This wasn’t just his mom’s problem. It was everywhere, and no one was solving it well.
So he decided to. Carolina Home Access is built on a simple idea: your home should work for you, not against you. We handle the home modifications that make staying put safe and livable, so you can remain in the place you love.
